Buying a property from Haart has been a much supported process. From Adam from mortgage team to Megan, David and Kirsty from sales. Things were moving slowly (due to further up the chain). We would like to particularly recommend & thank Megan (Kirsty in her absence) who has pursued issues daily to keep things moving forward and kept us informed at every stage (sometimes many times a day). I was looking to move and get something a little more for my money. My partner and I were clear we wanted something quirky, different, affordable and preferably not a new build. We saw a few properties with HAART, called up and a gentleman Mr Shane Thompson at very short notice arranged viewing for almost 6 properties in one day. Having 3 children 6, 3 and 3 months to take along, it seemed like a tall order. Far from it, Shane organised the day with precision, taking into account our situation. He took us round the house we have now put an offer (accepted). During this time waiting to sell our house, he kept in touch with lots more properties that illustrated his understanding of our requirements!! This was done in a professional and friendly manner. It was not intrusive in any form. He was very responsive to our requests for contact, even ensuring we had some contact with him in case of urgent need while he was on holiday. His ethos/ethic seems to be the way for the rest of the office. On getting an offer on our house, in Shane’s absence, the Wisbech haart office kicked into action and we had our answer in under 24hrs!! I can not recommend this team enough. I could write a thesis but won’t. For someone who’s very fussy about a lot of things when buying houses, I felt the team, especially Shane listened and were directed by our needs. Even the kids remember Shane!! Thank you Wisbech HAART.

We have just currently. Purchased a property using the wisbeach branch. And we had Megan assist us with the purchase. We did not realise how stressful is was but thanks to Megan we survived. My only regret is that we did not come to Haart at the outset because if we had I am sure we would have sold our house a whole lot sooner. We contacted Haart for a viewing and feel in love when entering the property. Sophie was very knowledgable and helped us with the surrounds of the property and location of schools etc. we put an offer forward which was accepted. We were in a long chain and Sophie went beyond to help through the purchase and was very professional with regular updates and chasing the chain to make sure everything was going along as it should be. I would like to say a big thank you to both Megan and Kirsty as Wisbech Haart. This move has taken nearly 6 months to bring to completion. I put my house on the market about a month ago with Haart Wisbech. Cathy Cummings was in charge of my sale and was most polite, professional and efficient to deal with. She was easy to contact, and able to answer all my questions honestly. She took excellent pictures of my house, with the added bonus of a video tour. I found Haart to be most thorough, and very competitive with their prices. Due to personal circumstances, I later withdrew my house from sale. Again, Cathy could not have been kinder or more understanding. I hope to put my house on the market again next year, and would not hesitate to use Cathy and Haart again.

I felt the need to say what a lovely,friendly helpful member of staff you have on your team. We haven't purchased anything as of yet with your company (I'm fussy) BUT Shane is basically emailing properties with all the requirements we are requesting, to me that means that he genuinely cares what customers want. He is very prompt with returning phone calls and emails. He is also fully aware that we have a 2 hour drive to view properties ( we live in Essex ) and he isn't sending us on any wasted journeys.
