Haart have been amazing from start to finish with our house sale. We originally had our home up with another local estate to try and save some money. However, I would urge anyone to pay the extra amount in order to gain the required professionalism that is needed to get the right images and to get potential buyers through the door. Fantastic customer service from Haart, Wisbech, in particular Jamie in sales. From the moment I contacted Jamie for a viewing he was friendly and professional. All calls were returned swiftly and the times he wasn't available there was always someone there who passed on the messages and Jamie was swift to come back to me. Took the time to look into properties that he thought were suitable and was very pro-active in sending information over without being stereotypically pushy "Estate-Agent guy" about it. Although we ended up having to go through another Estate Agent for the property we wanted, due to the care and professionalism shown, I will be using Haart for anything needed in the future. The team at Haart in Wisbech were excellent! From my first tentative explorations into properties in the area to the final purchase of my home they were ever present with advice and help. James Tingley was my go to guy for potential properties and he was unstinting with his time & patience. This was a long distance move for me & it wasn't always easy to 'pop round' to view places but James managed to line up multiple property viewings to maximise my time. Once I'd settled on my final choice the team were marvellous in getting answers to day to day questions not covered in the legal pack. I'm hoping that this will be my final house move but if I do decide to do it again or need to give a recommendation to anyone else I wouldn't hesitate - Haart Wisbech is the team to trust! My experience with this estate agents has been fantastic, I have been looking for a home for almost a year and am now in the process of buying one of their properties :) It's been mainly down to Katie and Shane who you can fully trust! They did not only make it smooth and easy but Katie rang me or emailed every time a new property came onto market! Katie is highly recommended! I feel she goes that little extra mile for you! Absolutely great Service from Wisbech's haart! Always there to answer the hundreds of questions I always have lol! Shane who I dealt with also was always there to go through everything with us! Always happy and polite and there to assist! Really can't fault the service we have received. We also used their mortgage advisor who was amazing and really helped us with everything! There's such a big market out there and he does everything to get you the best deal. Again highly recommended.
