GoogleKerry, Shaun, Nicola, Colleen and their most recent addition to the team Jenny, have persevered with our selling and buying process, as it was long and complicated and they ended up selling the house 3 times in the end, whilst also chasing through my purchase to keep everything moving. They maintained optimism and good humour and have all been happy to help throughout and supported us through every aspect. Their communication never failed to surprise me, whether I was hanging from a rock face in Wales, climbing mountains in Scotland or Skiing in Italy, they always managed to get through to me. GoogleBearable experience but only just. It was hard to understand exactly who they were working for during the sale process. It didn’t feel like it was me. Annoyingly interfering at times. The property listing was strewn with errors with no desire from whoever to correct.
Dear Mr Harrison, I'm disappointed that you haven't been able to return my calls or reply to my email requesting a chat about the 2 Star Review that you awarded us at the weekend. As I'm sure you're aware, businesses like mine rely heavily on their reviews, and your rating and comments were extremely disappointing. I would have welcomed a discussion about your thoughts on our service before you went public. (I do appreciate that you have every right to say what you think, however!). Thankfully, our rating of 4.9 (Averaged from 195 of our previous clients) remains intact. Taking your comments individually: 1. "It was hard to know exactly who they were working for during the sales process". From my perspective, we valued your home accurately and despite only having one viewer (given the difficult market experienced this year), we were able to encourage them to increase to a full asking price offer. I also recall us having to persuade you to accept their offer despite them not being 100% cash buyers. On reflection, this was extremely good advice I'm sure you would agree. Once the sale process was underway, it was of the utmost importance to also meet the needs of your buyers and the chain below, in achieving specific deadlines. Although you perhaps perceive this as focusing on the purchaser's interests, experience has taught us that it's imperative to try and meet the needs of purchasers and all parties in a chain in order to bring a sale to a successful conclusion. The market is fragile at the moment and buyers' confidence is low, so chains can easily break down if not nurtured. 2. "Annoyingly Interfering At Times" - I'm assuming that you're referring to Kerry Grant, our Sales Progressor, who was instrumental in dealing with your buyers, the chain below them and the suite of solicitors involved in the transaction. There was pressure from the bottom of the chain to complete the sale in perhaps a shorter than anticipated time. You had already purchased a property and so, given the fact that you hadn't mentioned your annoyance, we assumed that you were happy to be contacted on a regular basis and to have someone liaising with all parties. 3. "The property listing was strewn with errors with no desire from whoever to correct" - I have to say that this comment was particularly upsetting for the person involved in creating your brochure which was subsequently approved by yourself, only to make one suggestion of an amendment (which was acted upon) before you authorised us to go live with the property advertisement. There is no record of any other conversation about your details with her or any other member of the team here. I have since then reviewed the details and cannot see any errors .... perhaps you can clarify what you were referring to in this comment. In summary, I'm not aware of anything in this transaction that should cause you to give such a negative review. We achieved a good price for your home in a difficult market, and saw it through to completion in a very acceptable timeframe and I'm confident that my team would have been courteous and helpful to you throughout. I would be grateful if you could re-assess your rating of us or, preferably, remove it as it would appear wholly unjust. I look forward to hearing from you. Yours sincerely, Shaun Grant

GoogleYou could not ask for a better estate agents than these guys! This was my first time renting and living alone so obviously I was slightly nervous and wasn’t sure of all the questions to ask. Nicola in particular helped me through the whole process to the highest degree and answered any possible questions I had. Every single person I’ve spoken to has been fantastically helpful and I couldn’t ask for any better. They make you feel extremely valued as a tenant. I would 1000% recommended them!

GoogleFrom the moment the process started to finally getting the keys Grants were absolutely faultless in our opinion. We were kept updated the moment anything happened in the process, and we felt like they put in a lot of hard work behind the scenes in order to push the purchase through to completion as efficiently as possible. Also, there wasn't one person who we spoke to who wasn't really friendly, the team is genuinely really lovely and an asset to the area. An extra thing to note is we were the buyers of a property rather than the sellers, so even though we wernt paying them they treated us amazingly well. Couldn't recommend them enough.

They chased things up without us needing to ask and were amazing with their correspondence. We felt they genuinely cared about us as clients and always made themselves available to inform us and answer our concerns. We got to know the whole team by name and they all made themselves available to answer any questions. A fantastic service all round !
