All of the staff are extremely friendly, informative, professional and efficient. The property was to a very high standard and the move in/out process was made as easy and smooth as possible. We had a couple of minor issues whilst renting such as a light that needed replacing, all of which were dealt with immediately and with no bother. We can't recommend them enough. GoogleWe're so happy that we chose Grants for our house sale. It was not straight-forward and they approached everything with great calmness, compassion and understanding. They have a great team who are all genuinely lovely people and a joy to work with. We really felt that they were on our side and working hard to push everything through, throughout. The quality of their service was apparent throughout from the great Rightmove feature and photos, their genuine enthusiasm during viewings, their understanding and patience with us as we became increasingly anxious and then lots of proactive chasing and following up once our sale had been agreed. If you value a friendly, attentive and professional service for your house sale then Grants should be first on your list.
