Dear Brian, we don't seem to have a record of your name on our system which tells me that you're not buying or selling with us, renting or letting a property through us. We don't have you registered as a client with us. Our excellent Google rating is extremely important to us and it would appear that you have awarded us a 4 star review without having any dealings with us. If I am mistaken then please call me on (01629) 823008 so we can discuss how we can improve our service to you. If you have reviewed our company in error then please remove your entry as soon as possible. Thank you very much in advance. Shaun Grant - Director
