I’m incredibly grateful for the support I received while buying my new home. Kerry was amazing throughout the entire process. She was always friendly, helpful, and available whenever I needed her. From beginning to end, she made sure everything was taken care of. The process was delayed for reasons beyond her control, but Kerry was constantly following up, asking questions, and making sure everything was moving forward. She went above and beyond by pushing the solicitors on both the seller’s side and the builder’s side to ensure everything was on track. I also want to give special thanks to Megan, who encouraged me to buy this house in the first place and was very helpful during the initial stages of the process. I’m truly thankful to both Megan and Kerry for their support, dedication, and hard work. I highly recommend them!

Grants were simply fantastic. Over the years, I have bought and sold 6 houses; this sale was our 7th sale, and definitely the best. Right from the start, when I went into the office in Wirksworth to see whether to use the services of Grants, I was welcomed and helped and advised. I immediately felt comfortable and felt that everyone was professional and knew what they were doing. When Shaun came to value the house, he couldn't have been more helpful or supportive. He guided us through the best options for selling and his strategy has proved right. The staff in the office were simply brilliant. Colleen was amazing at showing people round and selling the property and the after sale follow up by Kerry was just fantastic. The first sale fell through but Colleen set to and immediately found a second buyer and Kerry ensured that we kept the sale on track and every week checked to make sure that progress with the sale was being made. A fantastic service. I can't recommend Grants highly enough. If you have a property in the area around Wirksworth to sell, don't hesitate, use Grants.

Having been dealt with professionally, efficiently and supportively when we purchased our cottage through Grants in 2022 we had no reservations in using them to sell it (reluctantly) in 2024. Thought this time we had regular meetings, calls and emails via Shaun, Colleen, Grant and adhoc calls through other members of the team. They (remarkably? :-)) communicate well with each other and always either knew what was going on or found out quickly. Fees were reasonable and the service excellent.

He also valued it higher than the other agents at what we all felt was still a realistic price. With living hundreds of miles away from the house it was ideal having Grant's deal with all the viewings. Top estate agents! You often worry when it comes to using a new estate agent, especially if like us, haven't moved house for a long time! Grants were fantastic. Our recent experience viewing, setting up & moving to Wirksworth was all handled with great care and efficiency by Emily. We had a really smooth process from start to move in date and even this week, when we had an issue with a payment going to the wrong account, the team managed to sort it within 48 hours. Having decided to retire after working for 55years I felt a move from the south to Derbyshire would be perfect. Like so many others I looked at numerous properties on line whilst making a short list.
