We would 100% recommend Butters John Bee, Winsford to anyone who is thinking of selling their home. From our very first nervous phone call to see how we went about things we have been dealt with fantastically. They arranged Amit to come round and explain everything to us perfectly which he made sound so easy. Then Atif rang us to explain the mortgage process and again was so professional that it felt like we was talking to a man we had known for years. Once the house was up for sale then Tresa and Kathy is in constant contact with you over viewings and make things suit you, and keep you updated on feedback. Then Lauren talks you through the offers and any questions you have every single one of them get right back to you and ease any little worries you may have. It’s not just the professional attitude that is brilliant it is also the knowledge and the friendly human way that you are dealt with when that help you with whatever slight worry or problem you think you have. The team at Butters John Bee have been excellent from start to finish. Tresa Harris has been amazing and always at the end of the phone for any queries or updates. She has been really professional, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I had a positive professional quick…

I had a positive professional quick sale within 2 days of putting my house on the markert… with a cash buyer and no chain from us or them… Unfortunately the completion of this sale took 45 weeks, may I add this was down to our solicitors not butters, I had a lot of up and downs, anger, frustration and stress during this time,, For the first 5 months I didn’t have much support, then I spoke to Lynn Beecham from the Hanley office, she was a dream come true, I felt a weight lift off my shoulders and hope for a completion after speaking to her for the first time, although the completion still took a further 5 months Lynn worked so hard trying to chase things up between the solicitors for me and always kept me in the loop, without her I wouldn’t have known half of what was going on and where my sale was up too.she was amazing and very supportive, she is a real assets to the company… well done Lynn she alone deserves the 5 star rating. Couldn’t recommend the team at Winsford BJB enough for everything they have done. Amit was very professional and spot on when it come to the valuation of the property from what it was worth and realistically what he and his team could achieve for my property. He told me him and is team could sell my house in a week and he did not let me down atall as they managed to get it sold in literally four days!! Kathy and Teresa were always there when it come to viewings and all I can say is WOW! They definitely have the sellers interest in mind when it comes to selling your property, unlike estate agents Iv used in the past that just didn’t come close to the service BJB provided. Although we weren’t clients of BJB Winsford, as part of the house move process of us moving to Winsford from another area, Lauren treated us like her own clients. We kept in regular contact with Lauren throughout the process, even at times when we were seriously thinking about calling the whole thing off (through no fault of BJB at all), but she fought with us against the blockers we hit, and we made it! This company is a shambles not only are their fees expensive,when ever you ring no one answers the phone , they do not return your phone calls and it takes them 3 weeks to answer emails They also deal with cowboy firms who issue certificates before remidial work has take place. When you tell them you want to leave and go with another letting agency they try to sting you with a fee equel to 6 weeks rent plus vat. The tenent informs me it takes forever to get to speak to someone and now contacts me direct when anything needs sorting
