We met with Tresa at a property for a viewing. She was very professional but in a friendly manner. Tresa did not “rush” us at all during our appointment and was not intrusive - she just provided us with answers to any questions. We enquired about the solar panels at the property. Tresa wasn’t sure about the contract. However, we made another appointment for a second viewing & Tresa (as promised) obtained all the information we asked for. Tresa made both our viewings pleasant experiences. At our second viewing, Tresa had a young colleague with her for training purposes - Tresa we thought was very patient and informative whilst showing the young lady “the ropes”.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Tresa from BJB Winsford Branch. 'Under Offer' and eager for a same day viewing which Tresa managed to arrange promptly with the vendor. Follow up calls and emails. Offer submitted following day and subsequent negotiations until both parties agreed a price. All dealt with professionally and in a courteous and friendly manner. No long wait for response to offers. Butters John Bee are selling my Mum’s home for her. They’ve provided a great and friendly service and sold her home really quickly. Sara Dickens was my Mum’s main contact and her kindness in what is quite an anxious time was above and beyond what we would have expected. Nothing was too much trouble. Tresa Harris was extremely helpful, from the first telephone conversation she listened to our requirements and was very helpful with her knowledge on the local area. As a buyer they are a complete nightmare CREWE branch. Try to get an appointment and they want you to wait 2 weeks till they can get all interested parties to do block viewings one would assume to start a bidding war. Do the sellers know they use these tactics? What do you have to do to buy a house through them? I have seen several properties that I know would suit but cant view. Same 2 years ago when both my daughter and I were moving to the area and buying separate properties. Constant obstacles to prevent viewing. Same now that I unfortunately need to move again. I dread seeing a property come on the market with BJB .No point in trying to explain away your AWUL SERVICE. So, after waiting the 2 weeks I arrive at the property at the appointed time and no Estate Agent. So, I phone the office and get transferred to an INDIAN CALL CENTRE who tells me to stay put the agent is. on their way. He will call the agent now and to stay till the agent calls me. Well, we waited 30 minutes and left having wasted the whole morning planning around this appointment. One week on, still waiting for phone call.So, PAUL ROSCOE, if your commitment is to your sellers you are doing them a great DISSERVICE if a committed buyer cannot get to view their property. And you provide a free service to buyers????? What service. There is no service. No matter, I will contact sellers directly from now on to let them know how you DONT sell their property. As a buyer, do you think I can continually wait around for weeks on end whilst you try to create a budding frenzy.. Not a chance. Such a pity that people dont sell their homes every day so they have no idea what a trap they are falling into when they sign up for your awful service.
