I lost my Dad recently and had to make the decision of putting his house up for sale. Really appreciate the staff here they are friendly and very helpful. Tresa was great at getting me in to view a handful of properties after I’d had a really helpful conversation with Lauren who set me up with house alerts and ones to look out for. Pat showed me around a potential home and was so lovely and really welcoming which I was so grateful for being a bit nervous! (Only the second home I’ve viewed!)

Natalie Tunnicliffe At BJB has been amazing, as a first time landlord and having a leak in my property within the first month. It should have been one of the most stressful/ worrying times. But Natalie took all that away has has managed everything perfectly even down to handling the insurance claim, she does more than just her ‘job’. I’ll be sure to continue to use BJB rental management service as I grow my little portfolio because of this experience. I initially chose to use Butters john bee to sell my property because I had a few good recommendations from other buyers and Sellers in Winsford who had had dealings with them. I contacted them for a valuation and Amit Nayee came out to look at the property. Amit was professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and a really nice guy. He gave me a few pointers on how to present the property ready for sale. When I was ready to put the house on the market for sale, I visited the Estate Agency in Winsford. Their office was smart, efficient looking and comfortable. I spoke to Patricia Rigby who was professional, enthusiastic and helpful and arranged for Amit Nayee to visit the property again to revalue and it was then put on the market for sale. I was kept very informed of all viewers and offers by Sara Dickens and Tresa Harris, again both were professional, efficient, knowledgeable and enthusiastic and the matter was brought to a satisfactory conclusion with a sale subject to contract in under 2 weeks of putting the property on the market. I have no hesitation in recommending the Estate Agents Butters john bee in Winsford. All their staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable, efficient, very hardworking and lovely people they are all a 5* team!

Sara was really helpful arranging several viewings for me and making sure I could get to each one around others I already had arranged. She shown me round one of the properties and was really lovely to chat too and helped keep the little ones happy by talking to them and getting them involved with the viewing! Unlike some that had treated them as an inconvenience. After we had an offer accepted Sara kept in touch often and was super supportive through the highs and lows, especially the lows - treating me more like a friend than a buyer and making sure I was doing ok throughout the stress of it all. Having bought/sold 4 times in the past 10 years we have encountered a wide variety of estate agents from the lazy/sloppy to the hungry and efficient.Admin at BJB Winsford were fine and we must particularly mention the service provided by TRESA as she was particularly helpful when we had issues finding the property, very enthusiastic and keen without being overly pushy but quite obviously looking to do the best for her client.If we had a property to sell we would be happy to hand over to TRESA and trust her to get on with it. We called in to the WINSFORD office and was met by Sara(Dickens) who was really helpful and informative on availability of property and how best to move forward by allowing Butters John Bee to market our property, the result was amazing,,,, Sara made an appointment to come to our property with her Branch Manager Lauren, They arrived mid morning to review our requirements and called us that evening to book a viewing of a potential buyer the very next day. They duly arrived with Teresa, they really liked the property and made an offer the same day.!!!!! Unbelievable sold in less than 24hrs. Thanks to Sara, Lauren and Teresa for all their help, by the way we have sold 7 properties in our time and never experienced such attention efficiency and professionalism from an estate agency.
