Where do I start

Where do I start, I had my house on the market with 2 leading estate agencies for well over 7 months. Nothing, a few couples came around in that time but no offers. I continuously asked why it was so quite, all they ever said was that they were working hard to find a buyer. In the end I decided to take it off the market with both of them. I then spoke to Amit Nayee from Butters John Bee right from the start Amit gave me confidence that he and the staff at BJB would work tirelessly on my behalf to secure a buyer. First was the photos Amit took of my house, they were brilliant. I couldn't have asked for any better, and compared to the ones the other agencies took no comparison. They were a talking point with a couple of the viewers who came around, Amit's artistic licence taking them proved a hit with everyone. The listing went live on Saturday, on Monday I had 2 viewings on Tuesday two further viewings and a few more for later that week. But by the end of Tuesday I had 2 offers and accepted one. House sold stc in 3 days, to say I was happy would be an understatement. Amit and the team at BJB deserve the 5 stars I would have given them more if I could. So I would advise anyone who wants to sell there home use BJB you won't be disappointed.

Can’t fault my experience

I can’t fault my experience with Butters John Bee. Michael saw us through the whole process and made something that could have been stressful so easy. He was always easy to contact with any questions, and kept us updated with any changes etc so thank you Michael for helping us get into our perfect home! We viewed the property and signed the contract inside of a week, and I can’t speak highly enough of the tracking app that butters John bee use it meant we could log on and see where we were up to at any time. Wonderful service.

Thankyou for making my house move simple!

I rented a property through the winsford branch and they were fantastic! I viewed 3 different properties, they were extremely helpful in finding the right house for me and great with arrange viewings at suitable times. After being messed about by DBRoberts who made me wait a week to go and view the property and then cancelled my viewing as I was in my way to the property.I went to Butters John Bee who were so helpful and friendly. I spoke to Hayley who got me a viewing the next day. In the space of a week and a half i’d Viewed it, fell in love and was moved in. As this is the first time moving out they couldn’t have been more helpful, Sean dealt with all the checks and the back and forth phone calls and he explained everything to me step by step and encouraged me to call if I had any questions. Absolutely first class from start to finish. Lee Dono was so professional and sympathetic, offering advice which led us to achieve more than we expected with the sale price. Not only that, he listened to our needs, circumstances and expectations before committing himself to a figure. His choice of wording in the publicity was also instrumental in the outcome. The terms and conditions and fees were made clear, as was the need for and EPC. We left the meeting on Wednesday, full of confidence, the property was sold stc the following Tuesday. Solicitors are now in contact with each other and the whole process could not have been more simple or straightforward. Probably impossible to better any aspect of the service offered. 3 stars - OK experience

Given 3 stars as this is rated "average". The experience with the Crewe office was OK, to be clear this is NOT a bad review at all. Whilst Emma and Steve were friendly, this was my first moving experience into my own rented property and just wasn't sure what to expect. They use a portal to pop stuff into like proof of ID etc, this had a timer to complete things, which I did but then the portal would run out of time which caused me to panic, and wa reset (and then again ran out of time) a total of three times - apparently this just happens. If thats the case maybe it is time to think about removing the timer as it just made me think maybe something was amiss. My personal experience with Emma Sandland had been good. I had to chase a few things, like the inventory as this wasn't sent. I think it was a bit of bad timing too, as Emma was on leave but I wasn't aware so when I had questions I was just asked to wait for answers until she returned. Due to the quick turnaround of rented property I was just pleased that my personal deadline meant I wasn't in too much of a rush to get stuff sorted but I was still eager to get everything signed off, I imagine this could have led to frustrations had my circumstances been slightly different. After the move I had a few queries which I had emailed to Emma, a day later I received a call from the maintenance team to say that my query had been passed on to them. Now awaiting answers so unsure how long this stuff takes. All in all, an OK experience.

Was looking to rent in the Wolverhampton area and accidentally stumbled upon one of butters john bee's properties. I spoke to Elisha on the phone about it, and she's agreed to show be the property on the same they, as I'd come up from London to view a few properties with other estate agents. She's was really nice and assist us throughout the process. Everything was done electronically, which meant I didn't have to come back until we came to pick up the keys, which was time and money saving.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but after quite an arduous and frustrating few months dealing with various letting agencies and estate agents and frankly losing the will to live, I simply have to put it to the World-Wide domain that Michael Ferris has been a God send! All communication to me has been prompt, informative and rid of all jargon, and he has listened to my needs and not try to push his own agenda or make me feel silly.
