FacebookThe Lettings Agency at the Frost Partnership are amazing and I know I can rely on them 100%. Wendy Taylor who manages this side of the business is professional, on-the-ball and always has a solution to a problem. Wendy has a great team who ensure all paperwork, legalities and payments are always up-to-date. Frost have a great network of experienced, trained professional tradespeople who can attend to emergencies and turn any necessary work around very quickly and efficiently.

FacebookPoor customer service. Couldn't get the contract right. They used underhand tricks to try and get more money from me when all I wanted was an introductory only service. I didn't get what I wanted as landlord and I'm embarrassed for what the tenants might think.

They will send people in to your accommodation with no regard for “The tenants right to peaceful enjoyment of property” or whatever the ONLY thing they really have to oblige the tenant. Twice I returned home to discover the premises had been entered unlawfully by agents of theirs. ALL their employees are of the “go f yourself” disposition. Rude, impolite, arrogant and incompetent.

Be careful with these people. When moving into rented accommodation they did not address any issues that we felt needed to be fixed, simply ignoring our emails. When we moved out, they tried to take money from our deposit to fix issues with the house that already existed before moving in. A deposit should not be there to fix existing maintenance issues.

Avoid at all costs. I have rented a flat from them for 2 years, it has been 2 months since I have done the check-out and they still haven't refunded my deposit. Plus, they have tried to find the tiniest details to hold money from my deposit... their excuse to charge me £90 cleaning fee is a discoloured sealant in the bathroom.

Recently rented my house out with Frosts who provided me with excellent customer service. Both Karen and Jo are very friendly and so helpful. Jo Ball in particular as she was the person I dealt with all the time. Very easy to talk to and answered anything i was unsure about. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept me up to date with everything. Thoroughly recommend them,
