TrustpilotLandlords Beware
Landlords Beware! This letting agent is terrible. They will match other estate agents lettings fees at 5-7% 'let only' fee but will then add additional charges such as 'tenancy agreement fee' of £456 as well as trying to add on other fees without your permission such as £30 for registering the deposit (which I did not ask them to do). In addition, they will charge 3% renewal fee as well as a £90 'memorandum of agreement fee' if the tenant stays on. I have worked with other estate agents who charge no renewal fee as there is no further work they have done (but may charge a small fee of about £30-40 for a renewal of contract).
For a flat with a rental income of £1100, they charged me an additional £486 compared to other estate agents in the area who do not charge these additional fees. I regret my decision to give them my business and will never do so again. My advice would be to go to any other letting agent.

From my first viewing of the property which I successfully rented I was greeted in an extremely warm and welcoming way by Joanna Ball who replied to all my queries and questions very promptly keeping a courteous and friendly manner.
Throughout the Rental process, financial requirements and personal details, I was kept updated and well informed about all the prerequisites and necessary documents by Julia Horwood.
Since moving in I have had a few issues with the electrical which were handled very professionally and in a timely manner. Pina Fogarty who deals with all the maintenance aspects of the property is always readily available and efficient. I had a broken down oven replaced within a few days. Nothing seems too much and the third parties who supply services to the Frost Agnecy are of an extremely high standard, polite and professional.
When I popped in to their offices in Windsor town centre their staff were very friendly and you feel immediately relaxed and put at ease. I am very happy by their outstanding services and these comments do not come lightly as I work with a Premium company in the area of customer Services. I have appreciated the way all my queries and issues have been quickly resolved and wish to say a big thank you to all y Ur staff.

I recently used Frost for the sale of my flat in Windsor. From the outset they were polite, friendly, efficient, fair and really listened to what I wanted as a customer.
I believe they provided the most "honest" valuation for the property, backed up with evidence of completed sales in the area i.e. they didn't just pluck an unachievable, inflated figure which would have left my property on the market for a considerable period. Saying this, they did all they could to increase the sale price and generate as much interest as possible.
After I had accepted an offer they worked tirelessly to ensure it was completed, at all times remaining extremely professional and upbeat.
I would highly recommend.
