It was a long journey selling our house, but the people at Frost's in Windsor made it as pleasant as they could, Unfailingly punctual for viewing appointments, friendly and efficient in dealing with all enquiries and cries for help, they never gave us a moment to doubt that they were the best choice. Estate agents get a bad press (and our experiences in trying to view and buy houses show that there are all sorts ... ) but Frost's in Windsor acted with patience and charm throughout, and we are very glad we chose them and rejected the larger and slicker agencies. I recently used Frost for the sale of my flat in Windsor. From the outset they were polite, friendly, efficient, fair and really listened to what I wanted as a customer.
I believe they provided the most "honest" valuation for the property, backed up with evidence of completed sales in the area i.e. they didn't just pluck an unachievable, inflated figure which would have left my property on the market for a considerable period. Saying this, they did all they could to increase the sale price and generate as much interest as possible.
After I had accepted an offer they worked tirelessly to ensure it was completed, at all times remaining extremely professional and upbeat.
I would highly recommend.
