Your team are not properly informed when they come to the phone. recently you failed to deal with a tenant deposit properly and unforgivably left the tenant deprived of their cash and undermined my own position in terms of negotiating damages.

Mike, the Sales Manager, provided realistic advice on the current value of properties like mine so we priced the property accordingly and I received an acceptable offer within a few weeks of putting the property on the market. The sales brochure produced by Romans, particularly the photographs and virtual video tour, were superb.
