A huge thank you to Hannah and the whole lettings team at Romans for arranging everything for my move at such a difficult and stressful time and within a tight time-frame. Everyone I dealt with was polite, friendly, professional and responsive. All my questions were answered promptly and all issues (including those of my own making!) were resolved quickly and professionally. I'm now very happily settled into a lovely new home! Edit: Having now moved out, a massive thank you to Hannah Smith at Winchester Romans, who went above and beyond throughout my tenancy to ensure everything went smoothly (even coming out on her day off to ensure some paperwork was sorted by a deadline) and my rights as a tenant were upheld. From a tenant's perspective I really appreciated the Winchester branch's care and attention to detail.

I cannot recommend Romans Winchester enough! Jarred has been faultless and gone above and beyond to get my sale through. They are kind, considerate and patience through a long and sometimes difficult sale. Thank you also to Sarah and Keano for their support and help in this sale. If you need a great estate agent then they are the best I've used in Winchester. They also managed the rental of my property as well for a year before the sale and were outstanding at this as well. Excellent experience with Jarred and the team at Romans in Winchester. Supported us with the purchase of a flat which took nearly 6 months! It felt like there were so many issues every step of the way but Jarred was just fantastic, finding solutions and keeping everyone happy. Few months ago i was looking for a small flat which is suitable for my family and me , and also my priority was in winchester. Within a matter of time Romans helped me to find a cosy flat within my budget. And they arranged and cleaned the flat before handover. Even though the old bed was not in a good condition, they arranged a new bed by contacting the landlord which was really helpful and quick. Been speaking to a lovey lady named Olivia from the rentals team - super professional, personable and friendly! I am moving from London to Winchester for work and have been looking for a place to rent for nearly 2 months now. I've been looking for a property for a little over a year, both up north (Newcastle) and further south (Bournemouth and Christchurch). In all cases, previous Estate Agents were so incredibly uninspiring, either just showing me around - which I could do myself - or trying to sell me mortgage advice which I already had. This all changed with Oliver Worrall who went above and beyond by providing details about the local area, explaining ways the properties we'd seen could be enhanced and advising how improvements could be factored into the price. He made us feel so at ease and this culminated in me making an offer which was accepted the same day, which was awesome! Follow up calls have been similarly pleasant. Cheers Oli! Your solid and friendly advice and patience finally ended a property search that took over a year and approximately 50+ viewings with as many Estate Agents. All round top bloke, I wouldn't use anyone else.
