The entire team at Romans is incredible. A big thank you to Elise Jenner and Lisa Paine for their patience in dealing with my complicated case. Through their dedication and professionalism, I was able to move into my new home only two weeks after arriving in the UK. Since then Ceri Evans, as Senior Property Manager, has been my guide and support in every concern I had about my tenancy. Ceri is proactive, efficient, responsive, and very friendly. I recommend Ben Plowman at Romans, he is highly professional, courteous and extremely helpful.
