The service which we have received since listing our property with Charters has been 1st class, the support, communication etc we have received has been excellent.... The fact that we have had a point of contact in Nony was great some one to talk to who is happy to answer any questions we may have had. We sold 2 flats this year with Charters and the service was excellent. All the staff but particualry Nony were extremely hard working, enthusiastic, and know there stuff. Nony was very pro-active and helped push our sales through with excellent communication with other estate agents and solicitors in our chain. Nony always returned our calls quickly and kept us informed of all updates while been very cheerful along the way! Would definetly recommend.

Two days later Nony got out of bed very early to meet an eager client who was in a hurry. later that day the sale was agreed and it completed seven weeks later.

Always a joy to read - always made me smile (she certainly has a very apt surname) But the point is, this is public relations/advertising at its best..
