GoogleThe worst experience we have ever had, being landlords ourselves we are disgusted in the way we were treated and the level of service provided. They are unprofessional and the part owner lacks any form of emotional intelligence. I would encourage you to look elsewhere and even if they are the last resort find an alternative solution. Moving in is great wait until you move out!

GoogleI have never been this sad and depressed before in my life, but after I spoke with two different evolution team members Joe and the second person Debby this morning 13/01/2022. I was belittled and addressed as a poor lady with unclean credit score by Debby in Ashford Evolution. She stated this several times without any apology. This is because I wanted to rent A property at Chaffinch Drive Park Farm, with my earning of 36,650 and credit score 5O5 out of 585 in my area. This is the worst day of my life to have spoken with these two staffs of Evolution properties Ashford. I begin to see myself as nothing and nobody after our Conversations and I could not control the tears rushing down from my eyes. My question is Does it mean that people like me cannot live a joyful life because Evolution properties are requesting for Million pounds earners yearly just to rent a property? Many can be dead silently due to things like this in the UK. Debby, you haven't even checked my credit score and you could tell me my credit score is not clean. I'm seriously sick with this word, because I don't even have any problem with my credit score, I have no CCJ nor Missed payment and you just addressed me like nobody. This really saddens my heart, my heart aches.
Dear Elizabeth. Thank you for your comments and I have tried to reach you to talk through these points that you have raised. I am available on 01233501601 for you to call. I would like to cover the points you raise and whilst you stress the point of being sad and depressed I would hope that you understand the entire team have a job to do and would never knowingly make someone feel like this and this is obvious with the numerous 5 star reviews we have already received. I have spoken to both staff members that spoke to you and whilst the first person, George, is on his first ever week as an agent, my colleague was coaching him today and stressed that at no point was he rude or condescending and she was shocked that your feedback was left. My second colleague Debby has 5 years experience in the job and has always tried her hardest to assist clients and we would rather be honest and upfront than misleading. Debby has advised that at no point did she call you poor but merely explained, and as you have publicly quoted your credit score, 505 out of what would actually be 999 is a poor credit score according to Experian and they do actually use the word poor. Also, it was explained to you that if your husband was going to be joining you, then we would certainly need his details as he would legally need to be registered on the tenancy to allow him to live at the property in an official capacity. It clearly states on the property details that an income of £37,500 would be required to successfully pass referencing along with a clean credit score, neither of these you have as you stated your income at £36,650. We do appreciate that you need to find a property but you also need to understand that we are employed by landlords to market a property and find suitable tenants that fulfil these requirements as well as, in this case, allowing the landlord to have a "Rent Guarantee and Legal Protection Insurance" and as such, the rules can not be bent for this as it is an insurance product. As mentioned, I am more than happy to discuss this in depth with you and I am confident that your feeling of being sad and depressed has not been caused by any member of the Evolution team but merely because you have seen a property that you would very much like to have but are unable to. GoogleEvolution staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our journey to get to our move in date. Had a little issue with the property the night before with some issues about the state of the property. But they staff kept us up to date with the changes and was very professional about it all. Thank you for everything to making this move happen for us. We are very grateful. Now we can start our new chapter in our new home.

The after sales care has been fantastic, they dealt with all enquiries, no matter how big or small quickly which really help take away any stress on my part. GoogleHaving rented property for over 20 years and having dealt with all manner of small and large companies, I have to say that evolution lettings and particularly Roy and Michelle, dealt with me in the most professional of manners. The main thing I liked is there was no bulls*&t at any stage. They knew my situation was not ideal yet worked with me and my partner to assure me that I could still find my dream property. A long term let was found, deposit secured and we are a happy family now. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and have done. Once I had an issue with my boiler and they came on the next day to help me out, they really are "tenant friendly". GoogleI visited the property to rent on Saturday the 26th February 2022 with Roy from Evolution showing me around. The following Saturday I recieved the keys. All the Evolution staff was friendly and realy helpful during this process. I can also recommend the Evolution team as they also managed a few of our BTL properties and were the reason why I expanded my BTL portofolia in the Ashford area and not further in the south west.

GoogleWe were relocating on relatively short notice just as we emerged from the first lockdown of 2020. Both my partner and I had been frantically searching and we came across what was originally a different property. Evolution let us know of another property in the area, which we loved and now live in. They made the whole experience seamless. Moving from the West to the East of the UK, being flexible with our timings on move day, helping us with teething problems, the works. Michelle in particular took us through the entire process from start to finish, listened to my incessant questioning and helped us with it all. GoogleOur letting process started little painful due to couple of issues with the referencing steps. But Michelle helped us with a highly professional attitude. The house we rented was nicely cleaned and ready to live. Roy gave us the grand tour and explained everything in short but a very detail way. Within our first day we found out that the main water valve was leaking a bit and needed a replacement. Guys at the maintenance department sent us a plumber in matter of hours time and the guy fixed and replaced the valve in no time. We enjoyed our moving and letting experience with Evolution and you know what they say, todays renters are tomorrows buyers. Highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
