GoogleThe worst estate agent I rented a house from. They never fixed anything, the house was in a terrible state with radiators not working, wind drifts coming into the bedrooms and living room my 3 year old son was constantly sick. The completely ignored every query I had. They asked me to fix the problems myself, knowing I was a single mum with a young child. I bought stuff from b &q to fix the doors and windows to reduce drafts, I paid a month rent with delay and they gave me court notice! They are absolutely heartless inhumane estate agent! I never forget their unprofessional and inhumane behaviors.
Dear Narges. Im sorry that you weren’t happy in the property that you vacated over 6 years ago. As you were made aware from the outset, we weren’t employed by the landlord to manage the property and as such, had no dealings with any outstanding maintenance at the property. I hope you are happy and settled for the last 6+ years and we wish you well.
