We were very happy with our experience with Evolution from start to finish. Harry Larden was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable on his first visit to discuss the sale, and the process of taking photographs and putting the property on the market seemed effortless. We were delighted to have an offer early on in the process, and Suzanne dealt with the administration of the sale extremely efficiently. All through the process, communication with Evolution was excellent, we were always updated on everything occurring with the sale. The whole process, from our first visit from Harry, to completing, took just over 3 months. We were very happy with this timescale, and would definitely recommend Evolution for a pleasant, easy and successful house sale experience.

'Fergus Wilson' was our landlord for a property in Hawkinge, with his 'colourful' reputation already well known I am very displeased with the service from evolution and from him. We moved in on the Friday, my partner took a day off just to get settled and move our belongings. Within one day there was no hot water, instantly contacted Judith, his wife who's details were left to us to which proved to be a disaster. Fergus replied almost instantly and refused to send someone out, thus instantly breaking the tenancy agreement, we spent a further two days trying to resolve the issue with him to no avail. Out of desperation we contacted the agent who said to contact him, or to pay for it ourselves. Reaching a stalemate, we admitted defeat, having poured so much money into moving and everything else. We simply weren't prepared to fork out for an issue the landlord should address, we made the decision to move out of the property within just four days after we moved in. We had hyped up the move seeing it as a fantastic opportunity for me and my partner, instead it was cut short. I only have one word to say about the agent, avoid. Updated: 14/10. It's been over a week since we made the decision to move out of the property, after we made the decision to move out, he then sent out a plumber with no word of warning or anything. As of the 14th of October, there is still no hot water in the property. We have been to and from the property, attempting to move all of our belongings. Once again, I would like to voice my displeasure with evolution. The fact they know what this man is like and capable of and STILL choose to do business with him is quite frankly appalling. The fact they made no word of warning and quite frankly lied to us about who the landlord which is shocking, the fact the property, after over a week has no hot water is disgraceful. I also would like to point out that the agent we dealt with has in fact told my partner they read this review, is quite frankly shocking as well! I'll be glad to see the back of evolution and the property in Hawkinge. This has cost us so much time, money, effort and it's quite frankly disappointing, please don't just take my word for it. Feel free to research the man in question. Update: 21/10. Finally I received an apology in the form of a reply on this Google review, unfortunately what the response entailed was more lies unfortunately. The fact Roy said this was an isolated issue is to purely save face. I can gladly back up this statement by saying the Hawkinge estate owned by the man in question HAS IN FACT been featured on the Guardian newspaper, there are other articles featured in Kent Online. Also, Roy I would like to draw the attention to the FACT that Fergus was NEVER mentioned in the tenancy and in fact Judith was the person on the tenancy agreement. Now to add salt in the wound here, we DID NOT ‘choose’ to move out. We were forced out as we didn’t have any hot water, the property still doesn’t have operational hot water. I would even go as far as to say the hot water was NOT properly shown to us as we moved in. This response is to purely save face and has no backing behind it. Absolutely disgraceful and further disappointed. I suggest we leave it here. Update: 16/11/20. As I write this we have just received a final warning payment for water. (despite living in the property for a maximum of three days). I can safely say, this has been the worst experience with evolution, false meter readings and quite frank rudeness. I can back these claims up with a letter saying we owe £200+ from the meter reading THEY gave. Absolute shambles of an estate agent. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Nothing but crooks. I actually had a message from someone YOU let a property out to in Hawkinge after seeing this review; you should be ashamed of yourselves, especially since you're exploiting people during a pandemic. Update: 13/08/24 Avoid at all costs. Avoid anyone having a property called Judith Wilson - you’ll deal with Fergus. Small tip.

From my first call to the moving in day Evolution have been a cut above. They were always communicative and on the day of the viewing Ben was not only welcoming but informative and thus far this was the only viewing that had printed materials to go along with the viewing , very different from the other agencies I had been dealing with. Michelle was in constant contact as my offer was being considered and then after it was accepted she kept me updated and advised. Ben was as helpful on my moving in day, giving me a thorough run through of the facilities and again advice to keep things working and my responsibilities as tenant with explanations. Overall a professional service with likeable helpful staff in Ben and Michelle and the admin too.

I cannot recommend Evolution properties enough for selling our house. Their customer service and communication is amazing. Andrew kept us updated with when viewings were and gave us feedback from the viewings very soon after. He also fought for us in price negotiations with the buyer when the first offer was submitted. Siobhan then handled the sale of our property after an offer was accepted and again her communication was amazing and kept us updated. All the staff ant Evolution answered any questions we had no matter how ‘stupid’ they seemed with complete professionalism throughout! Will definitely consider using them again when looking for a property to rent/ buy or sell again!

We recently moved to Ashford as a family of 4. I was so worried to move to an entirely different area, specially with 2 kids. Literally to the unknown. After assessing that Ashford is such a lovely area to live, Evolution Properties made the journey of finding a property suitable for a family of 4 very smooth and easy, in my opinion. Throughout the first six months of our tenancy, we had a couple of hiccups with the boiler and a radiator valve for instance. Evolution Properties reaction to solve issues is incredibly quick! Problems solved in matter of hours. Great service without doubts. The whole team is incredibly friendly and professional as well. A special thank goes to Tayla, as being looking after sorting out the few issues we had, professionally and promptly. Ultimately, we absolutely recommend Evolution Properties!

We had a five star experience with Evolution selling our property. Andrew Bush was on top of the whole process. For us the most positive experience was the high levels of communication. Staff were always available on the phone. Andrew always got back to us promptly on email or phone. Initially we talked price. Andrew’s counsel was wise and pitched just right. The first buyer dropped out on a Friday afternoon due to mortgage problems but on Monday morning we had a fresh offer at a higher price! The sale went through successfully. I have a small portfolio of rental properties in Ashford, and although I manage them myself, I need to work with an agent that gives me accurate information and never makes excuses. As a first time buyer I was very naive going into the whole buying process. Tayla was the most helpful person throughout the whole process, she kept me updated every step of the way. We were shown the property by Ollie - who was very informative and professional. We worked with him to negotiate with the seller and come to an agreement on price - this whole process took a matter of days - we viewed on a Saturday and had our offer accepted on the Monday.
