After a long 7 month process we're finally in our new home. Evolution has been on hand to help us in anyway they possibly can from the initial viewing to a second and allowing us in to take measurements to best prepare ourselves for the eventual move. There was no hounding to see where we were in the process of the sale/purchase but they made sure that anytime that something was needed of them, they jumped straight on it. Evolution properties in Ashford have been very helpful throughout my new rental. Oliver checked us in and was very enthusiastic and friendly and since we have been dealing with Michelle who is fantastic and a great communicator if there is anything you need and to make sure the rental is smooth sailing. There were a few issues with the property when we moved in but these were rectified and didn’t have any issues going forward that they couldn’t fix! I have been a tenant with evolution for 5 years and Roy and his team have just been brilliant , they are quick to respond to any concerns and are so friendly . Debbie has been fantastic as I have often dealt with her with any concerns or inspections. I have been so fortunate that my landlord is very good and responds quickly back to evolution , it's great to know evolution also take on good landlords who have the right intentions of supporting tenants. I wouldn't want to rent through any other letting agent.

Initially contacted Evolution along with other agents. We chose them because of the time and attention that they provided even though I had not completed on our purchase at that point. We were drawn also to the friendly reception and attention to detail. No question was too small.
