Have rented through Evolution for a few years, but never had cause to contact them other than when first completing paperwork etc. That was until the boiler went wrong! No heating, no hot water! I contacted the guys at Evolution and they told me what to do. Plumber came out THE NEXT DAY and provided a temporary fix while parts were ordered. Within 7 days the plumber reattended, fitted the new part and all is well. Couldn't fault the service. Highly appreciated the speed and courtesy. Well done guys!

I have rented a property for over 2 years via Evolution properties letting agency. There has been ups and downs at the property, but all in all the agency was a pleasure to deal with. They clearly had the landlords interests at heart, but valued the customer renting through them just as much. They were considerate when it was time to have the property viewed by the new tenants, and they were very supportive to help find a solution for slight damage on the floor during my stay at the property, and ensured that I got my full deposit back. I do not leave feedback for products and services generally, and this is the only time I felt a letting agency is worthy of a recommendation for the service they provided, and without charging extortionate fees.
