Professional and Responsive are the two prominent words I think of when reflecting on my dealings with Evolution. I used their services to buy a house with them and Andrew was the person in charge of that particular transaction. From the first viewing to completion I must applaud the profressionalism of himself and his team, particularly when we had the misfortune of dealing with less than responsive conveyancers on my part. As a first time buyer he was happy to meet my requests, including frequent followup visits to the property, answer my never ending stream of questions, and when it got to the point where the conveyancers were being particularly unresponsive when the sellers were requesting urgent responses, he was willing to serve as the go-between for myself and the sellers to put us at ease. I would also like to thank Evolution's friendly staff who were great and also very accomodating during our viewings. As we live in a different city to Ashford where the purchase was made, there were sometimes unforseen circumstances that prevented us from meeting at our appointed time, but they were happy to be flexible and work around us, which is something I am very grateful for. I’ve just completed purchasing a property that was listed by Evolution Properties and they were great at every stage of the process. Special shout outs to Tayla & Ollie who both helped me at various stages of the purchase but especially to Tayla who was able to help chase various parties when I was unable to due to time constraints with work and would update me the same day via email or phone. Overall, when I sell my property based on my purchasing experience, I will not look any further then going with Evolution Properties based on my buying experience.

We met Mr. Roy Fever, the owner of Evolution Properties in June/July, 2021, for the rent of a residential 4 bedroom house in Ashford. He struck us as very hands on and experienced property professional. Very easy to relate with. We were sure that we were in very good hands. Throughout our tenancy period (18 months), he and his team continued in the same very cordial and professional approach in all our transactions. Eventually, Roy called us a couple of months ago to inform us that the property was up for sale.
