We were kept informed at all times and they were always available. Nothing was too much trouble. The selling of our homes is supposedly one of the most stressful things we ever do but this certainly wasn't the case with Hope and Braim. It was a very straight forward process from start to finish. Emma and Jon don't just bring great market knowledge, hard work, excellent communication and marketing prowess to the table - they deliver it with 'can-do' attitude, a smile and a service that felt more akin to high level concierge rather than a run of the mill estate agency! They achieve the perfect balance of being ambitious but realistic. I think what sets them apart is the approach they take to matching the perfect buyer to their perfect property which makes them the agency of choice for both buyer and seller. Our sale didn't even involve putting our house on the open market, Emma and Jon already had a number of prospective buyers in mind for our house and their match-making skill proved to be absolutely spot on. GoogleTop firm Having purchased previously properties dealing with both Jon and Emma.it were an easy choice to sell THORNABY cottage in central whitby. a chance meeting with Jon lead to a no obligation appraisal and information, we did decide to sell a few month later. A simple text to hope & braim set it all in motion 2 days later it was live on rightmove then sale agreed in 12 overnight hours.to a buyer from abroad. All executed perfectly. Highly recommended
