GoogleHope & Braim are quite simply peerless. I have bought many properties through numerous estate agents over the years. What makes H&B unique is their personal service and enthusiasm. I negotiated the purchase of a beautiful house in Whitby on a Saturday evening when driving back from the viewing. It was all sorted that night. No other estate agent would have been working at that time. Brilliant first class service and much appreciated.

GoogleEmma and Jon certainly know the market and provided excellent advice which meant we sold the house in under 5 days. We are selling another property in Leeds with a big estate agent and the difference in approach is staggering, we wish we could have used Hope & Braim to sell this one to. GoogleWe contacted Hope and Braim with a view to valuing our property in Whitby. The standard of response, service and attention has been incredible. The best estate agent we have ever dealt with, calls answered on Sunday mornings, emails replied to at 9 on a Wednesday evening. Jon and Emma are amazing. Oh and by the way they sold our house within 24 hours!

GoogleWhat absolute stars!! No complaints whatsoever. We are from out of the Area and moving to Whitby permanently. The whole team are friendly,polite and professional. We felt as though we were friends and were very comfortable asking questions regarding the area, it's services etc. Nothing seems too much trouble. Definitely recommend them.
