Our experience with Emma and the Hope & Braim team was first class. Nothing was too much trouble. No question was insignificant. Communication was excellent. When we decided to sell our apartments in Whitby a friend suggested we also get a valuation from Hope & Braim . I am so glad we decided to go with their advice!! From the outset we were impressed with the friendly approach, coupled with absolute professionalism. The market appraisal seemed fair and was in line with what we'd already been told and the brochures were amazing! Emma and Jon had interested buyers from the outset, and both flats were sold within the first couple of days, at more than the market price!! All aspects of the sales were handled with supreme efficiency, nothing was too much trouble. We have just purchased our first property in Whitby and bought it through Hope and Braim. We can honestly say they are the 'best in the business'. We have dealt with a number of estate agents over the years, but have never received such good professional service as this. We approached Emma in early January and explained what we were looking for in Whitby. Being newcomers to the area, we received excellent local and honest knowledge from her. She had nothing suitable and we did not expect to hear from her again! One evening, soon after our conversation, we received a call from her, to say what we were looking for was coming on to the market. We went to view the following Saturday afternoon, over the course of the evening we had our offer accepted. Hope and Braim are relatively new to the market but we wish them all the luck in the world to succeed. They work, we are sure, 24 hours a day!. We felt able to ring or email any time to ask questions or advice, nothing is too much. We would strongly recommend anyone who wants to buy or sell a property to use this estate agent in Whitby. You will not be disappointed!
