GoogleEmma, John, Faye and Leanne are a brilliant team and this is reflected in the standard of service. They are professional, friendly and approachable. Always respond to telephone calls and emails and keep you updated with the progress of your sale which is very reassuring. They have been actively involved from the start of my sale to the end and Emma in particular has been brilliant in progressing the process. Thank you to you all, would definitely recommend.

GoogleAlways found all the team really helpful, they were happy to show us round a number of properties and didn’t mind if we went round a few times before making up our minds! The service was personal and they even met us at our new property to hand over the keys with a lovely bottle of Prosecco. Couldn’t fault the service and would highly recommend.

GoogleWe have bought and sold through Hope and Braim recently and would like to say how impressed we have been with the level of service received throughout the process. Importantly communication has been very good, the team have been friendly and efficient, responding to any questions we had quickly which has helped us to keep things moving along without delay.. Another point which we would like to mention regarding the sale of our property is how quickly the initial assessment, valuation and presentation to market took place and how proactive the team were in arranging viewings in a timely manner. A very good experience.
