GoogleJon & Emma are so incredibly on the ball and such a breath of fresh air!! Excellent and professional communication at all times ( I've even had text and phone call updates late in the evenings and on a Sunday afternoon! ). Doubt I'll need to use another agent in Whitby if recent experiences are anything to go by.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleSold our apartment in Whitby very quickly (as they said they would). We had challengers with the leasehold, but with the support of Emma Braim, who constantly pushed our buyers and there solicitor, we completed last week. Very professional and easily contactable.

GoogleHope & Braim have a growing reputation for excellence in Whitby & without a doubt it is throughly deserved. Jon & Emma absolutely know the local market & are extremely quick to respond. Unbelievably we sold our property within 24 hours & that’s because they proactively contacted prospective purchasers, something which most estate agents never do!
