GoogleSarah Mains have been amazing. I rang them last week got to speak to Lisa Taylor who has been there for us every step of the way and she has been super helpful and friendly. Chloe Sixsmith did our valuation and she was fab, and Amanda the photographer was amazing did some beautiful photos. Kelly Docherty in offers has helped and supported us and guided us through what to do as we got a lot of offers. Basically I cant fault Sarah Mains. Sold our house in 5 days.

GoogleAs a Law firm selling a property from a deceased client estate the Ladies at Sarah Mains could not have been more helpful. they lined up 2 days' of viewings within a few days of putting the house on the market and we got an offer at full asking price on the 2nd day. GoogleThis is the second time we have sold a property through Sarah Mains Whickham branch. Again the customer service, care and advice we have received has been excellent. Every member of the team from Graham valueing our home, the photographer, Glynis and Jane in the sales process, Susan for the sales completion and the rest of the team have all been so helpful, with great communication, always been able to give an update when I’ve asked! We would 100% recommend anyone wishing to have a smooth, no hassle house sale to use this team!

GoogleWe have been lucky to have had Sara Mains Whickham branch to help us with buying and selling on a number of occasions. Each time without fail they all have been most professional without losing their friendly rapport they have also had with us . When they have had to pull out the stops to overcome a problem they have done so with the minimum of fuss. We would not choose to go to anyone other than Sarah Mains at Whickham. Why would we. Thank you for all your help and advise and all you have done for us.

GoogleShare boundary with Sarah mains managed property. David from the whickham branch repeatedly lied about getting quotes for shared fence, then denied lying. Tenants have said there are lots of issues that are not resolved. Unhelpful unless they are receiving money
I was disappointed to see that you felt the need to leave a one star review. My Customer Services Manager immediately contacted the tenants you refer to and they do not agree with your statement, they are happy with the service they receive from Sarah Mains Residential. David has not lied about getting quotes for the fence. Sarah Mains

The team are really helpful, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire process, always keeping you up to date with what's going on. They were always willing to offer advice and guidance, when asked, in particular about little tweaks that could help to make the property even more attractive to a potential buyer. GoogleFantastic service from the Whickham branch during the sale of our buy to let property and particularly Susan Tennant in the sales progression team and Dawn Whiffing in Mortgage team (who sorted my daughters mortgage for her new home). Communication is the key and I was updated almost daily on progress etc. Went very smoothly. Thanks to all involved

GoogleAll staff I have had dealings with have been knowledgeable and friendly. Quick to reply to correspondence. Staff are supportive and don’t make you feel pressured. Ellie in particular has been very patient and helpful. Currently mid-process (offer accepted sold STC) so cannot comment on full process yet, but very happy so far. Thanks!
