I had organised a viewing with him. He moved it twice and when we agreed on a time in the end he was 30 mins late and failed to call me To explain that he was “stuck in traffic”. He did not even apologise and said “it is what it is”.

I instructed Martyn Gerrard of Whetstone to sell my late mother's property and from the start I found the staff to be professional and friendly at all times. the service I rec'd was excellent and I felt that I was their only client. I must particularly single out Heran Jethwa for all the chasing around he did on my behalf with the buyer, buyers solicitor and also my own solicitor to push the sale through as quickly and as smooth as possible. In short he was amazing getting me through this difficult time.. In short would I use them again... YES. Would I recommend Martyn. Gerrard...YES Thank you all.

I had quite a specific profile in mind for the type of tenants I wanted which I discussed when I first visited the Martyn Gerrard office in Whetstone. I was not so much interested in the number of viewings but more in how those who visited matched my particular requirements and were serious contenders for the let.. Andrew appeared to understand my requirements very well and in a short space of time the property was let.. The advice I received from Andrew and his colleagues was useful, to the point and helpful during a busy and stressful time. I feel I received a very efficient and professional service and don't think I could have expected more..

We cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from Martyn Gerrard. From the initial estimate to the completion of the sale, we received a first class service in every aspect. Everyone we spoke to, whether connected to the sale or not, treated us in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner. Heran Jethwa, Assistant Sales Manager, gave us particularly noteworthy service and provided just the right stimulus to the process when he felt it appropriate. Together with David Mitchell, Sales Manager, Heran secured a successful sale for us. We highly recommend Martyn Gerrard.
