Very helpful and supportive agent, great experience for a change

Though our property hasn't gone through yet, Marco has certainly changed our view about estate agents, we have had a nightmare with buying our first property but he has always been supportive, communicative and trying to either allay our fears or being informative each step of the buying process. We hope to be able to have purchased the property in the next few weeks, but without his help, we might have given up by now given our previous experience with estate agents. Would thoroughly recommend Marco for any perspective buyers or sellers.

Roberto is highly recommended!!!

Roberto was my agent for my first property purchase. He was so helpful throughout the whole process - from initial viewing to completion. He was always on the case ensuring all parties including solicitors, the vendor, mortgage brokers etc. were in the loop with the property. As a first time buyer Roberto made me feel comfortable that everything was moving in the right direction. He also has excellent negotiating skills and ensured a fantastic price was accepted so that everyone was happy. There were a few hiccups along the way which were outside our control but Roberto ensured everything went smoothly and dealt with everything efficiently and I can't recommend him enough! He was always just one phone call away if I needed anything or had any questions and he would always give me updates on where we were with the purchase. I was really impressed and am feel fortunate that I had him as my agent on this purchase. His knowledge of the local area and surrounding areas is second to none and it really helped me decide on which property to go for etc.

Efficient and friendly service

I recently purchased my first property through this agency and had a great experience from beginning to end. The online facility to book a viewing was very handy and I received a phone call the next day confirming the viewing. Marco arrived on time to show me the property and then gave me as much time as I needed to look around. I decided to put an offer in the same day and he was very helpful with negotiating a price for me and even stayed late after work to continue until my offer was accepted! Marco then kept in regular contact throughout my purchase to update both the seller and myself, and was always friendly and helpful, particularly as I was a first time buyer so was unaware of the process involved. Thanks to him I was able to exchange contracts 8 weeks after my offer was accepted and completed 2 weeks later. Also, whenever Marco was unavailable in the office there was always someone else to answer the phone and take a message, so I always had a very efficient and friendly service.

Thank you Roberto

Roberto from MG Whetstone found us the property of our dreams. The only problem was that our kids weren’t keen (putting it mildly). But Roberto gently chatted to them about his own boyhood experiences of moving home and reassured them how they could make the place their own. It did the trick! Excellent service

We would like to praise Roberto from the Whetstone office of Martyn Gerrards. He took time to listen to our requirements and made sure what he offered met them. Its reassuring to know there is an estate agent out there that does listen. After a few viewings we found a place and made an offer. Roberto was excellent at keeping us informed of the outcome of this and when accepted regularly made contact with us and our solicitor to make sure the process went smoothly. Jason was very helpful throughout the whole process

Jason was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. He was always polite and interested even when we were all of us, vendor and purchasers, frustrated by the odd setback or delay. Happy first time buyers

Fantastic trustworthy service

We purchased our first home through MG, Heran was our agent. From day one we received fantastic service with Heran responding very quickly to my emails, providing many updates, pushing along the solicitors who were dragging somewhat and generally helping both parties get what they wanted out of the sale.
