Andrew was the first estate agent that wasn’t too pushy or trying to do a hard sell. He was very friendly and has a nice calm manner. We knew within 10 minutes of meeting him that we wanted to go with Martyn Gerrard for letting out our flat. The way he sold what your company does was great.
He was always on hand if you needed to ask a question and always prompt in responding either by phone or email. Super patient too. Andrew was great at answering all our questions as first time landlords and helped us find our fist tenants. We are really impressed so far and fingers crossed for the future.

I had quite a specific profile in mind for the type of tenants I wanted which I discussed when I first visited the Martyn Gerrard office in Whetstone. I was not so much interested in the number of viewings but more in how those who visited matched my particular requirements and were serious contenders for the let..
Andrew appeared to understand my requirements very well and in a short space of time the property was let.. The advice I received from Andrew and his colleagues was useful, to the point and helpful during a busy and stressful time. I feel I received a very efficient and professional service and don't think I could have expected more..
