Established in 1964 Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents is one of the largest independent estate agents in the North and North West London. We have 10 branches in all of the primary locations where the more prestigious properties are to be found. The Board of Directors have collectively over 120 years of experience in the North London property market. We are incredibl;y proud to have celebrated our 50th birthday in 2014.

When we were selling our property we chose Martyn Gerrard as our agent because of their calm and measured approach and clear detailed knowledge of the immediate local market, together with competetive terms. They gave us sound advice on pricing and marketing which quickly resulted in an acceptable offer. They respected our decisions and maintained good and friendly communication about progress- Particularly as we neared exchange. Overall we were very pleased with the service we received.

GoogleDidn't show up for valuation - booked it three weeks ahead. Left a voicemail late the day before expecting us to then ring back in to re-confirm the appointment that was booked in the diary. We rang when they didn't show. Very disappointing. The reason the booking was so far in advance is they, like most old school estate agents are open restricted hours on a Saturday and closed on a Sunday.

GoogleExcellent service and nice people to work with. Were very helpful through the process. Great local knowledge and understanding of the market. Once I put the property to them, they immediately started bringing in viewings and eventually an offer. During the sale process itself they helped a lot to get things sorted through a complicated chain and managing it with the other agents and lawyers. Highly recommended
