Just wanted to give a quick mention to lovely company employee Emily at the Whetstone branch who I had a great chat with over the phone when trying to find a property within my budget in London. She was super helpful and knowledgeable and gave me honest advice as to which steps to take when trying to find a property! I'm very appreciative of her help and I really valued the help and advice Emily gave us , thanks ever so much.

House sale

Roberto recently supported us with the sale of what had been our first home. He provided guidance throughout the process and kept us regularly updated with progress. I really appreciated his persistence in chasing numerous parties for status updates, this allowed us to meet the completion aim of mid-December and meant we were in our new home for Christmas. Many thanks Roberto!

Professional and efficient

Jason was very efficient in arranging the viewing at a short notice. The viewing and offer process was handled very professionally, which allowed all parties to agree on a good deal quickly. The exchange of contract happened within 3 weeks - the smoothest process one could ever have. Overall, I am very satisfied with Jason's service and would highly recommend MG.

We've just bought a house through Martyn Gerrard in Whetstone and our main point of contact has been Declan who's been excellent in pushing the sale along even with several hurdles along the way. He's been a pleasure to deal with and I thoroughly recommend him and MG's services.

Dealing with Whetstone office was a delight, I spoke with a gentleman Declan who was very helpful, answered all my questions with as much detail as possible and was persistent to help further. Going on viewings with Declan was also great as the props I visited fit my criteria the most. Would visit again.

Heran Jethwa

I have recently purchased a flat through Martyn Gerrard and I was very happy with the service. Liaising with Heran Jethwa was a pleasure; I found him to be open and honest with an efficient, friendly disposition and I would not hesitiate to recommend both him and the agency. Many thanks for your help in finding me a property.

I've dealt with a number of lettings companies over the years and have to say my experience with Martyn Gerrard was excellent. In particular Ella Diakite, who was responsive, helpful and polite throughout, despite having to conduct viewings during lockdown etc. I would definitely recommend using Martyn Gerrard.

Recently bought a flat through Martyn Gerrard, the estate agent, Declan was always responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Definitely would recommend, also in the process of selling my parents home with them too.

As first time renters, my fiancé and I were in contact with Suraj who was incredibly helpful when it came to us renting an apartment. Compared to other estate agents that we dealt with on our journey, Suraj’ communication was excellent, he promptly addressed any queries we had and kept us informed throughout the process. Overall, his effective communication allowed the renting process to be a lot smoother.
