I recently used Martyn Gerrard in Whetstone to sell my late Mother's house. My main point of contact was Declan Morgan who guided me through the whole process in a professional and efficient manner. Ella was a dream to deal with. Agents usually don't listen to the client's specifications and try to push properties above budget for example. However, Ella was attentive and never showed me a property that didn't match my criteria. She was also very patient and contactable. I haven't moved in over six years and so was quite rusty on the finer details of the process. Ella took the time to explain the process to me as many times as required. Martin, Declan and Stewart were so effective and efficient on the marketing and sale of our property. They gave plenty of notice on viewings and provided extensive feedback. Martin and Declan were so professional and knowledgeable and also provided a large range of properties to view on a daily basis. Martin in particular found us a dream buyer for our property and also delivered on the asking price. I highly recommend using these guys because they are a team and know the area inside out. We highly recommend Martyn Gerrard, Whetstone. They were always pleasant to deal with, very professional and genuinely caring. Declan and Martin conducted the viewings and gave us feedback and were always happy to talk to us. Before the initial viewings they visited our house to familiarise themselves with what it had to offer; thereby being in a good position to point out its qualities and answer buyers’ queries. Our sale wasn’t easy; there were a few bumps along the way, but Stewart guided the whole process to a successful sale. He kept in touch with us, our solicitor and the buyers’ solicitor and made what could have been a very stressful time a lot easier for us. Martyn Gerrard's quality of service was to a very high standard from start to finish. Prior to my experience with Martyn Gerrard I had a terrible time with another estate agent and it resulted in me unfairly losing out on a property last-minute. So naturally I was very cautious when I began to embark on another bid for a new property, but from the very start I was met with upfront honesty and attentive service from Triston Allen & the branch manager Stewart Willerton. There were many hurdles along the way (which is as expected in these processes!) but it was great to have these guys support throughout and they made it as stress-free as it possibly could be. Stewart met all of my requests throughout the process too without question. I cannot recommend these guys enough, especially given my previous experiences with so-called ‘top’ estate agents. It was certainly a refreshing experience, and as far as my encounters go with this branch I can vouch for their claims that they are the top estate agent in North London.

I dealt with Declan Martin to sell my flat and he provided me with concise information of the process to sell the flat and was transparent about the fees and the duration to sell the flat. He provided realistic information of the price I could achieve to sell the flat. Declan kept me informed of the appointments arranged and within a fee weeks of placing the flat for sale an offer was made which I accepted. He also recommended solicitors who could deal with the transaction. He continued to represent my interest and followed my instructions during the sale. Really great run business! After having a few failed attempts with other estate agents we finally found a place that actually understood our needs. Our estate agent Declan Morgan was especially fantastic, he kept us up to date all the way with everything and was so easy to get on with. Me and my husband clicked with him straight away as we finally felt listened to rather than having our precious time wasted looking at properties we clearly had no interest in. It was nice to be treated as a human rather than a commission opportunity for a change. We were quite fussy but he was absolutely fantastic and took it all on the chin. He had a great sense of humour and was 100 X more efficient than the other estate agents we previously dealt with. I would definitely recommend these agents and especially ours Declan. I am currently in the process of looking for a mortgage and I made contact with the branch and Declan was the most helpful salesperson I have ever come across.
