We would recommend the Westbury branch of Davies and Davies. Jill, Claire and Laura were always professional and diligent. Once our house was sold Jill regularly contacted us to keep us up to date and kept things moving along smoothly.

My dealings have primarily been with Paul Weeks, and he has been excellent in both his positive attitude and in keeping in touch with me. Good, simple communication! Painless experience from start to finish . Once I had explained what I needed from a property, the trowbridge office wasted no time or effort searching for what I believe is the perfect property for me. Special thanks to Catheryn who has assisted and guided me through every step of the way. Excellent service Thanks JeffPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Really pleased with the service we received from Davies and Davies during the sale of our house. All members of the team were happy to help when ever something came up during the process. Paul was great at keeping in contact and even helped with an issue after the sale had completed.

I recently bought a house in the Devises area via Davies and Davies of Westbury. Right from the 1st phone call of my initial enquiry for the property, they have been brilliant to deal with. Claire was professional, polite and is clearly passionate about what she does. She talked me through lots of details and aspects of the sales/purchase process which I admittedly didn't know much about and made the whole process simple, straight forward and stress free. Also, the gentleman who works in the office (I think he name was Aaron, forgive me if i've got that wrong) was a huge help and towards the end of the sale kept in touch with regular updates and information to help me keep things running smoothly. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to speak with them again if I was ever to sell my house, or if I was looking to buy another. They went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thank you Aston Dobson Great Cheverell - Devizes.

So far, Laura has been really helpful. Listening patiently to my questions, and offering to check out answers she wasn't sure of. She then rang back, and gave me straight answers. I feel I can trust her.

Can not recommend them enough. Especially Claire who has been fantastic throughout buying our new home. Very friendly, honest and down to earth. I have always been able to get hold of her straight away. If she is ever out she makes sure she calls me back straight away. She made the whole process much less stressful and over all a positive experience. Thank you Claire! From me and my boys! We're very happy in our new home.

Laura and Claire were brilliant with getting me through the stressful time of selling and moving to my new property. They did all the chasing of solicitors and worked hard to make it happen as smoothly and as quickly as possible. Would recommend Davies & Davies to anyone wanting to sell and/or move to their next property. Their communication was great too! Many thanks :-)

We had a viewing of a property we were interested in with Ella. We found Ella to be friendly, warm and courteous. She guided us through the viewing and answered questions we had about the house and local area. She was very accommodating when we needed extra time to look around the property. We would happily recommend Ella and Davies and Davies.

We used Davies and Davies as our estate agent for what turned out to be an incredibly difficult and stressful seven month period. Claire from the Westbury branch viewed the home, and was personable, kind and professional. They took good photos and that side of things went very smoothly. What did impress me the most about Davies and Davies, was their tenacity when chasing for updates. We had months of stalling, problems and delays from solicitors - with one solicitor acting in a particularly tardy and negligent manner. Jill from the Westbury branch provided regular updates and chased a lot on our behalf. The entire process was incredibly stressful, and aside from the people in the chain (Who all acted in good faith and clung on in there), the only other people I have positive things to say about are Davies and Davies. Thanks guys for all your hard work. It is greatly appreciated.

Big thank you to Ella and team at Davies and Davies. As a first time buyer, Davies and Davies would email me properties which may be suitable to me. Booked a viewing and Ella showed us around the property, was very polite and helpful. Offer accepted, not over the finish line just yet, but would definitely recommend.
