GoogleEllie was totally fantastic. She showed us three properties, which in the end won't really be for us, but was very kind and knowledgeable about all of them. She was very approachable and had a very positive outlook. Polite, friendly and very easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleWhat an awful experience as a tenant. Davies & Davies illegally entered our property without notification during our tenancy and billed us with charges after we had left the property. The lettings staff were problematic to deal with throughout and the whole experience in dealing with them was utterly awful. We were model tenants with a perfectly maintained property not one late payment and the service we received form them was utterly appalling. In fact they have been one of the worse companies we have dealt with in over a decade. If you have any option avoid using this firm.NegativeQuality, Value

They received no credible offers and during this time I had to endure a weekly call to update me on how great their marketing efforts were. Within two weeks of instructing Davies & Davies I received a great offer of only £1,000 less than asking price which I was very happy with. I continued to be impressed during the transaction execution phase of the sale. Davies & Davies continued to chase up matters with both solicitors and gave me regular updates. We had viewed some other properties with another local Estate Agent and they were rude - to the extent that I made a formal complaint. We also used to rent with another estate agent and that experience was horrible. Davies & Davies were incredibly polite and professional throughout the entire process and would highly recommend them.
