FacebookOur experience with Davies & Davies has been amazing. Right from the start with super photos and marketing, really smooth viewing process and a very quick sale made the sale really easy for us. Communication was always excellent. We have now moved to Scotland and have not found a house to buy yet…..we would have loved the opportunity to use Davies & Davies to buy a house here! We would highly recommend this estate agent.Dave and Ginny Gilchrist

GoogleDavies & Davies were consistently good throughout the whole moving experience and often went 'above and beyond' to chase matters on my behalf that weren't always down to them. My thanks go to the whole team at D&D Westbury.

FacebookWe purchased a house through Davies and Davies and they were excellent. We had viewed some other properties with another local Estate Agent and they were rude - to the extent that I made a formal complaint. We also used to rent with another estate agent and that experience was horrible. Davies & Davies were incredibly polite and professional throughout the entire process and would highly recommend them. Thank you for helping us to make this purchase as “easy” as possible during a pandemic!

FacebookJust sold our house through the Bradford on Avon office in what proved to be a challenging market with a big upset for our buyer. Anthony Keane was wonderful and gave us such good advice. I would like to bottle his enthusiasm as it would make us very rich. 5 star service from all in the office. Would thoroughly recommend. Thanks a million Judy & Brain Hewitt

GoogleWe have just purchased our first property through Davies and Davies and they were so helpful the entire way through. We dealt mostly with Laura and she was so helpful and made me feel so much more comfortable with everything that was going on. The process was long and difficult (not Davies and Davies fault) but Laura and the rest of the team really helped to make it smoother where they could. They chased the solicitors on both sides relentlessly to make sure everything was coming together and I honestly think was what helped us to get us over the finish line!

GooglePaul and Merita were really great. They always kept us up-to-date and chased things up. They got a remarkable 20 people to look at our house and always let us know when they were finished showing.
They were always friendly and honest and so I would definitely recommend them and if I ever move again I would use them.

GoogleDealt with mostly Laura at D&D as a buyer but met/spoke to everyone else in the team at some stage so this positive review applies to all.
Everyone was friendly and responsive, whilst also being very accommodating allowing us to view the property on multiple occasions in order for us to be able to get dimensions and get answers to queries etc. Laura in particular was also doing the job of our EA a lot of the time by chasing our chain and keeping our solicitor up to date to make sure that things kept chugging along.
It was a smooth buying process overall, Cheers!

GoogleWe recently purchased our first home through the Westbury branch of Davies & Davies and we couldn't be happier with how they handled it. When we first saw the property it was just as it was advertised on Rightmove. The process was so easy …
