GoogleClaire and the rest of the team have been extremely helpful during the sale of my mother’s property. They have managed all the viewings and visits to the house whilst the property was empty. This has been such a relief as none of us live in Wiltshire. They have acted as an effective liaison between buyer, seller and solicitor. Top marks!

FacebookWhat an awful experience as a tenant. Davies & Davies illegally entered our property without notification during our tenancy and billed us for charges landlord incurred for period after we had left the property. The lettings staff were problematic to deal with throughout and the whole experience in dealing with them was utterly awful. We were model tenants with a perfectly maintained property not one late payment and the service we received from them was utterly appalling. In fact they have been one of the worse companies we have dealt with in over a decade. If you have any option avoid using this firm. New

FacebookWe chose Davies and Davies as the managing agents for the let our Wiltshire house. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for their professionalism and customer service. They clearly know their job and in every respect did exactly what we paid them to do with excellence. We interacted over these past few years with a number of members of staff and they each acquitted themselves with courtesy, care and efficiency. Thank you for looking after our property, our tenants and us in such a careful manner!

FacebookThis very "great and helpful company"is dealing with my broken boiler for almost a week now, and the most annoying,disgusting part of this situation is, that takes them more then 4 days to pick up the phone and call/text me with an update regarding this issue.Don't get me wrong, I consider my self a patient man , but there is always a limit...I've been in touch with them few times including personally in their office,asking them to give me an update, but I'm still waiting for somebody to be bothered.My lovely property hasn't got double glazed windows and doors, and the room temparature is 11degrees celsius, wich is not the most pleasant or ideal for my children.Not to mention that I 've got no hot water either,thank's God there is an electrical shower...I rent this property for almost for years now , I pay the rent each month with no delays, never caused them any trouble, I look after the property like it would be my own one, but all these seems not to be enough for them to help me, when I need them most.Very disappointing "great and helpful company".We don't deserve this....especially my children...I hope I will never need to deal with them again, once I'm out of this property .I wonder, if the landlord is aware about how this company deals with their reliable customers, but unfortunately got no contact details.
