We moved agents after we weren’t happy with our previous ones, it took quite a long time to sell our house, just because of its age, thatch and a challenging external climate but throughout our time with Davies and Davies communication and professionalism were shown throughout. I sold my property and purchased the ongoing property both through Davies and Davies. Maria is fantastic. I was after a specific location so poor Maria was dragged out to every property in my budget that by coincidence they were marketing. Always full of enthusiasm with a genuine love of her job. As with most things I do I did it back to front. I found ‘the house’ before even putting my existing home on the market. Toby was brilliant in judging the market with a realistic asking price, great photos, write up and had it listed online within a day. I had an offer over the asking price from the very first people to view 3 days later that Maria conducted brilliantly. This put me in a great position to offer on the house I wanted which was excepted. An easy chain taking under 4 months to complete. The girls in the office were great at communicating with me, the chain and solicitors and everything went smoothly. If I move again I’ll be sure to track down Toby & Maria again and recommend Davies & Davies. Thanks guys.
