GoogleThank you Toby, Anthony, Laura and team , from the beginning it’s been a very positive experience, you’ve all been very helpful and accommodating at making this a stress free sale and buy , still early days into sale but feel confident that it will run smoothly and you’ll be there until the end .
Update to previous post, finally got keys to new place , it’s been a bumpy ride but so glad to have had you guys there to see it through you’ve helped us through all the tricky stuff and reassured us when things have seemed too much thanks again and a special thanks to Claire for keeping our morale up , definitely would use these people again to sell .

GoogleWe have had an amazing and easy first time buyer experience with Davies & Davies in Westbury. We cannot recommend Laura enough. Nothing was to much to ask and her professionalism in dealing with our process from start to finish was amazing. We also dealt with Toby & Claire who helped keep us in the loop when Laura was out of office and we felt we were never alone in the process. Thankyou again for will your help in securing our first home.

GooglePaul has been a massive help to us during our sale process. It has not been the easiest selling our house, however, Paul has been fantastic keeping us informed and chasing up solicitors (which isn't part of his role). Paul and Anthony have made it easy understanding the process of selling and been great at answering any questions big or small. Couldn't thank them enough for the support!

GoogleWhat a breath of fresh air to find an Estate Agent that will go more than just that extra mile. I can't thank "Merita and her team" enough at Westbury for seeing through a 10 month land sale fraught with problems throughout the entire procedure. Would highly recommend their services , so much so the DAVIES and DAVIES team are now marketing another property on my behalf, Well done team excellent service.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleDavies & Davies provided an excellent service which was both friendly and responsive with excellent communication throughout. Merita Jackman gave great advice about what we needed to do to achieve a sale and both she and Paul Weeks kept us informed on how matters were progressing. They communicated well with the other agents in the chain keeping us up to date at the same time. Highly recommended

GoogleWe have just completed on the purchase of a property in Westbury using Davies & Davies and Laura and Toby gave us exceptional service. Laura was excellent at lining up properties for us to view even though we were based in Australia, so we had properties to view the day after we landed. Toby was quick to get our offer and negotiation over the line within a day and kept us up to date throughout the process until completion. I would recommend and use again in the future.

GoogleI can highly recommend Davies and Davies Westbury, from the start the team couldn't have been more helpful! Ella, Clare and Laura.
Ella met us for our viewing, she was very friendly, professional and made us feel at ease straight away.
We needed to come back for a second viewing and it was lovely to see Ella there to meet us again!
Nothing was too much trouble and we didn't feel rushed in any way.
The purchase is going along nicely and Ella is keeping us regularly updated, we feel really happy with the service we are receiving.

GoogleThe hard working team at Davies and Davies would have received 5 stars from me. The buyer was found immediately after marketing , and the staff were very diligent, friendly and efficient. There was only 1 fly in the ointment, their recomended solicitor!! Gilson Gray. Who took 5 months to complete the sale of an empty house to a first time buyer ( absolutely no chain )
Certainly use Davies and Davies as your agent , but choose your own solicitor!!

FacebookThank you to Davies & Davies in helping us move home. They secured us a viewing before the house was on the market and made the purchase as easy as they could (which was hard with our chosen solicitors). Louise was especially helpful and no question was too small or silly. She was always there at the other of the phone, what a godsend! Thank you again

GoogleI would like to thank the staff from Davies and Davies for all their help and assistance in the recent sale of a property in the Westbury area.
From the outset, I had a good feeling about using Davies and Davies for the sale.
The whole process has gone smoothly. The team have been helpful and friendly. I have been kept up to date as the sale has progressed with regular calls and prompt replies to any queries along the way.
Despite the present housing climate, Davies and Davies obtained an excellent price for the sale of the house.
Thank you Laura and the rest of the team.
I am very comfortable to recommend the company.

GoogleThe service we received at the Westbury branch of Davies & Davies was excellent from start to finish. We sold our house through them but had delays with our purchase (being dealt with by another agent).
Merita and her team chased solicitors and agents regularly and kept us updated throughout. They took a lot of pressure off us and more than earned their fee.
We would definitely recommend them 👍🏻
