We purchased a house which was being sold through D&D, throughout the whole process Steve Smith was very helpful and kept me updated at all times. Nothing was too much for Steve and so I would highly recommend D&D. I would like to thank Steve for all his support in helping us purchase our our dream home.

We used Davies and Davies as our estate agent for what turned out to be an incredibly difficult and stressful seven month period. Claire from the Westbury branch viewed the home, and was personable, kind and professional. They took good photos and that side of things went very smoothly. What did impress me the most about Davies and Davies, was their tenacity when chasing for updates. We had months of stalling, problems and delays from solicitors - with one solicitor acting in a particularly tardy and negligent manner. Jill from the Westbury branch provided regular updates and chased a lot on our behalf. The entire process was incredibly stressful, and aside from the people in the chain (Who all acted in good faith and clung on in there), the only other people I have positive things to say about are Davies and Davies. Thanks guys for all your hard work. It is greatly appreciated.

Big thank you to Ella and team at Davies and Davies. As a first time buyer, Davies and Davies would email me properties which may be suitable to me. Booked a viewing and Ella showed us around the property, was very polite and helpful. Offer accepted, not over the finish line just yet, but would definitely recommend.

On first meeting Toby from the Westbury branch, my gut feeling told me Davies & Davies was the right agent to go with. How right this was. The whole team are amazing, Laura and Alice so kind, always keeping me updated. Within three weeks I have accepted an offer! Without doubt the best agent I have ever dealt with.

Laura has been amazing from the beginning and all the way to completion. I changed Estate Agents after my buyer pulled out, as all they wanted to do was reduce the selling price. Davies and Davies found me a buyer before it even got marketed. Laura was extremely helpful, polite and responded quickly to any queries. Thank you so much Laura, great job.

Unfortunately we weren’t able to continue with the purchase of the property we were hoping for, but regardless of this, Davies and Davies were so helpful. We had 20+ viewing with other agents on properties that weren’t suitable, but here what we wanted was fully understood and we were presented with a handful of properties that were a perfect fit. Hopefully we are able to find the perfect property with Davies and Davies soon!

We highly recommend Davies & Davies to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. Having spent several months trying to move house, we crossed paths with many of the agents in the area and Davies & Davies were by far the best. Extremely helpful, trustworthy and professional throughout the whole process. They knew we were looking to re-market our house after a stressful experience with another agent, and they called us with an interested viewer already lined up. Unfortunately we had a lot of bad luck with our buying process, but they remained supportive and reassuring to both us and our buyers until we were able to finally move. We couldn't be happier with the service and would definitely use them again. Thanks especially to Claire and Toby, but also to the rest of the lovely team in the Westbury office.

We are really glad we made the choice to use a local estate agent and not a large chain. They were always available on the phone for questions and support and really helped in keeping the chain moving. Would be happy to use again for our next sale. Thanks Claire, Toby and the team.
