The whole team were fantastic throughout the process of seeking out property; professional, extremely capable, proactive and thoroughly nice people. We dealt with Ben for the initial sale and viewings who was accommodating, offered expert advice where appropriate and found buyers (on two separate occasions due to initial purchase falling through) almost immediately. First rate service. This team worked their socks off to sell our house. Communication was exceptional - clear, detailed, and regular. We have dealt with several other estate agents recently and this team was head and shoulders above the rest. Once we had accepted an offer they worked quickly and efficiently to push the sale through as rapidly as possible. Estate agents often have a bad reputation but my experience with CJ Hole was fantastic. The house was sold within one day by George for a price I was really happy with but the real star for me was Kim. She kept the chain moving along despite some major difficulties from my vendors side. Without her tenacity and effort the completion date would have just kept moving further away. When you have experienced other estate agents it makes you realise how good these guys are. Having bought the house
