Highly recommend the CJ Hole team at Westbury in Trym. They were friendly, professional, supportive and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Unlike other agents their extensive contact lists meant we had regular viewings throughout our time with them and as a result a successful sale. The sale progressor made sure we were regularly informed on progress of our sale. We are now happy in our new home and feel it's all down to committed staff at CJ Hole.

We have been extremely impressed by CJ hole, from when we first met Ben, last summer, who from the first viewing we had, was proactive and thoughtful in the properties he recommended for us to visit. There was nothing that we didn't like. When we did find the perfect place he acted quickly and made the difference in helping us secure the purchase. Which we are so grateful for!! Kim then took over, who has also been amazing she is again extremely proactive and has kept both sides up to date in what turned out to be a very drawn out and stressful purchase due to issues on the property we were selling! We have nothing but praise for CJ hole as a company the two people we have dealt with Ben and Kim have been outstanding from start to finish!! I have been using CJ Hole Westbury for the management of my rental property for the past 6 months, and they have been nothing but great. They are always quick to respond and keep me updated at all times. I know that both my property and tenants are being looked after by the best in the business, Baker, Kat and Kelly have been efficient, professional and friendly and I couldn’t have instructed a better team. We would highly recommend C J Hole we have nothing but praise for all the staff in the Westbury office, from our initial call they spent time explaining the process to ensure we understood the process and provided sound advice throughout. The marketing was very good, we sold and completed within 3 months and this in our opinion was due to the staff in and we sold within a couple of th thgae ur understanding and gave us sound advice how to proceed. The marketing of our house was very good and following the agreed sale (within a couple of months), they kept regular contact not only with us but all parties involved.
