Avoid , the flat was viewed

Avoid , the flat was viewed virtually and let to the next poor tenant virtually (I hope the new tenant can cope with the damp and spiders in the flat). Multiple anti social behaviour issues, noise disturbance, police visiting regularly even armed police. The building Glencoyne Court is very well know to the authorities. CCTV is now installed everywhere. There is no intercom system out of over 38 flats so hard to get delivery's . Building is poorly run and many neighbours complain of damp and water damage. Yet letting agent charge top price. I seen the photos of the flat originally and they made it looked nice clean cosy but the photos are airbrushed with a filter. There is so many issues the police said I have PTSD from living in that terrible building.

C j Hole sold our house for us in Autumn 2022. The photographs and publicity was good ; contact about viewings was good . The house didn’t sell as quickly as we had all hoped which I would put down to the market rather than the estate agent - around this time it felt like we had to make a lot of contact to get a response and there was not as good communication as we would have liked. Once we got an offer they advised us well and were really good again at helping us move to a deadline and making sure the whole chain kept moving . Overall a good experience

We sold our late mother's house through CJ Hole and would highly recommend them. As we were selling during a pandemic and didn't live in the area ourselves it was good to know that we could trust them to handle the whole process very smoothly. The house was valued by Max Knighton who took all of the photographs, did the measurements and prepared the property description, he really took note of our comments and we were very happy with the way that the house was presented. We were regularly updated on the sale by Max and were given feedback after viewings by various members of the team. Once we had accepted an offer we were then assisted by Lorraine Banbury, the Sales Progressor, who very efficiently kept the process moving on and was our contact with the buyer and their solicitor. I was extremely impressed with the Westbury team. This was the first time I had sold a property so was anxious throughout. They were highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and very good at what they do. Annabel started the process with me and answered my numerous questions, putting me at ease and advising on how to get the best sale. Lorraine was my sales advisor and she was excellent, very calm and reassuring and dealt with everything that came along with complete professionalism. These two agents stood out for me but I was really impressed with the whole team, who really know their clients. All the people I spoke to along the way knew exactly what property they were dealing with. It is clear there is good teamwork in the Westbury office.
