We have had a terrible experience with Palmer Snell Westbourne. We have been trying to sort out an issue with a letting since the end of May. I have had to call multiple times, most of the time I get a message service, and send multiple emails, many of my emails go unanswered. I would not recommend them at all!

Took 14 months for my move. Was told there was no chain when there was. Constantly given incorrect updates I.e. next week, next month. Was recommended a solicitors who were beyond a joke. Lost paperwork. No apology. Safe to say I wont be using them again.
