Having had my property with them for 12 weeks, found them totally unprofessional, never answered calls, only 2 viewing, No feedback from viewings, or updates, advised me to go to Auction, which was a waste of time, very disappointed with all staff working in the Westbourne branch,Still waiting for them to pick up there board, which they said they would.!! Have now found another Agent whom is Fantastic, would not recommend them.

Lied about a doing a deep clean during the height of the pandemic. Will ignore problems and then continually place customers at blame after leaving issues to get progressively worse. Phone calls ignored. Incredibly unprofessional responses and response times from seemingly young agents who don't understand their job. Flat appliances and fittings completely unmaintained for the past decade and no responsibility taken by Palmer Snell to address these issues. Would have left 0 stars but had to put at least 1. I have asked to take my flat out the market over 2 months ago. At the time I was asked to give 2 weeks’ notice, then I was told my flat had an offer that I accepted and when I asked to move forward with the sale and to confirm the buyer that he still interesting in buying the flat I have to wait 2 weeks and 3 calls from me, they finally admitted that the buyer really wanted the flat but didn’t have the money. Then 2 weeks ago a friend told me that the flat is still being advertised on Rightmove and I checked the Palmersnell website and it is advertised there too. When I called to complain, I was told that it was an administrative error and lots of the old properties that are no longer available were re-advertised and that was out of their hands to fix it, I am still waiting and I truly believe that they are maliciously doing stuff to stop to put my place with a different agency.NegativeProfessionalism

I called on Friday to arrange a viewing of a flat for the Saturday and was told I would receive a confirmation text soon. Later that day as I had not received this I called and left a message to confirm the viewing but received no call back. On the Saturday we waited outside the property ans no one came so I called and was told sorry it was not booked in. I was told the person I need to speak with was not in to book this in and they will call me back later this has not happened.
