Having been both a tenant and Landlord I have used Palmer Snell Westbourne for the past 5 years. I have dealt mainly with Sammi who is efficient, friendly and proficient in Lettings and my first port of call however I have also spoken with the other staff members in the office and they have all been helpful.

This was a difficult property to sell for a variety of reasons, but Magda from Palmer Snell persisted until we had a successful outcome. She handled the process with professionalism and was always available to show the property and help out with courtesy and friendliness. Excellent work Magda!

This is the best agency I have ever rented from. Lee, Adriana and Sammi are the best. They have always helped and offered great advice and support. I could never find the best way to express my gratitude. I have been dealing with lots of agencies in the past and I am so sad I had to move with my job to another city. They work very hard to provide the best services, I would have never given up on using this agency's services. They are very positive, friendly, respectful. Had a viewing appiontment, which wasn‘t cancelled. No call (leaving a voice message is not possible), no email, no sms. Very bad service. Even when I went there no professionell service. Poor excuses. They didn‘t care at all.
