I was searching for a flat on rightmove UK and I discovered a beautiful apartment in Westbourne. I immediately called the agent and Ms Daisy Double was there to attend to me. She was very professional and courteous. She booked a viewing for me next day and I saw the flat. It was exactly as I wanted and I’m very happy. Ms Daisy handled all the paperwork work and it was a zero deposit. I’m moving into my lovely apartment in 2 days time. I wouldn’t have gotten a better response and turn around time. Lee and Daisy were really helpful with my move in. I was able to find a let that is the nicest area close to the beach. I had a few questions as well regarding the tenancy and they were so helpful with answering my questions promptly, Daisy even offered to come and help me with finding the rubbish bins, etc. They were both very welcoming and insightful. Absolutely LIARS!!!! -0 Worst customer service I have ever had! After accepting my offer for to buy a flat! They were lovely kind and good until they heard that I'm not going to use their Broker and Solicitor. And then the game has started, they ghosted me and not replying to my calls and emails. They guy who called Daryl (branch manger) who kept stalling me and ignoring my emails. And they kept saying it's the owner request to go through our services (still they didn't prove any paper work demanding the owner request) After they sent me an initial memorandum contract! I had contacted my solicitor and broker and paid their fees! (Daryl kept ignoring my calls still) After calling him many times and arguing with his assistant, he called me back and say the owner decided to turn your offer down! Because I didn't use their service and he claimed (the owner has a better offer!) Not to forget I have offered exactly what they ask for on the market!!!!! I've not seen UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLES worse than you! You got the offer what you asked for but just because I cut your commissions down and not used ur services you turned my offer down! And god nows what you have lied to the owner!!!!!! Highly not recommended! Worst staff ever!!!! Worst branch! Unreliable people! -0
