FacebookOutstanding service ! 5 star all the way , from Lisa’s first visit to Debbie selling out house and Jack seeing the process through !! These guys are on the ball and quick to deal with any issues and so helpful to resolve issues ! I would not hesitate to use this company again ( but this was my last move so prob won’t need too🤣🤣🤣) but if I were this would be my first call . Used the other high profile estate agents in the area S& S outshine them all !!!

GoogleI've had many major problems in the house I rented for nearly 3 years. Leaks/damp and alot of tiles missing from the roof. Ive even had mushrooms growing from a ongoing leak in my dining room ceiling! I've reported on numerous occasions, I've had the handy man out several times taking photos of the problems but ive never heard anything more. Its such a shame because I absolutely loved the location of my home. I loved the layout and neighbours if these problems were fixed I would of stayed in the property for as long as i could of. I would not rent through this estate agent ever again! They are not interested how they allow you and your child to live just aslong as there rent gets payed for every month. Which mine did. I was a good tenant who added value to the house! No complaints ect from my side! You think I would of got a littke but of respect back and they helped my fix the problems I couldn't for myself!!!!!

GoogleWe were very nervous for our first time renting a property. Hollie helped us all the way through, answering any and all questions we had - She went above and beyond what we would have ever expected. Safe and Secure made what we thought was going to be a stressful and time consuming process, a relaxed and enjoyable process for both me and my partner and we couldn't thank them enough! Amazing Company!!

Really appreciated all of her help ! Edit: as I’m not aloud to post a second review, but I must commend holly and Elizabeth for all their hard work img eating all my stuff together and helping me through the whole process ! Would totally recommend working with them. Really happy with the outcome !

I cannot fault the service as the house sold quickly at the full asking price. GoogleThey only want your money and then they forget about you. They don't care about your time, the application process is extremely slow and frustrating since they don't give you any information. Because of this, we had to pay 7 extra days in our temporary accomodation! We also had to pay 6 months of rent upfront. When we finally got to move in, they didn't help us with the process, and when we reported problems with the flat, they didn't offer any help. Sadly, their working methods place all the pressure on the tenants.

GoogleWorst year of my life in your house in thomas street ryhope finally moved out on Wednesday last week the house was in a mess neither you or the landlord was willing to fix anything was without a oven for 4 months with two children this wasnt accepted mould and damp everywhere missing doors when moved in holes carpets filthy and the landlord wasnt renewing my tenancy cos he was selling and had the cheek to say to me when I move out to leave the house the way I found it I always kept the house clean it was yous who never done your jobs right. So glad to be out of there

GoogleAbsolutely terrible company! Take your holding deposit and if you fail the application form they dont give you a penny back as they say its for reference fees. Since 1 june 2019 its illegal to charge for reference fees and the conpany safe and secure use to do reference fees (rent shield) dont actually charge people for reference fees so basically safe and secure just pockets the money.
